Open and Strong Partnership form a excellent business Institution by Indians to grow India

As you know that we have started business to form it a business coaglamate and an excellent business institution. But still what we found that it is difficult to achieve in present Indian environment. The difficulty we are facing is the same what Shri Vevekanad faced in 19th century i. 1890's, indian faced in 1947,. Venkanad told us that he found that no two person in India can do work on same goal for a specific period of time. Peoples have"Irsha", and there by they are not united. Peoples in our country are not able to rope in an organization. What I found is the lacunae which we have been forced to adopt from last 1000 years against the foreign rule. Specialy in last 300 years we are badly affected in British rule. In three hundred years we have invented different organisational post, and along with different salry structure. People use to fight with each and always have in his mind to leave his/her colleague and and go infornt, this is not the thought of excel by to leave other person behind. In this way we are not able to excel and form an institution.

What I belie that inbending the "Irsha" feeling among us is the greatest threat to our sociiety. As we will be still be a pungu nation after having a population of more than 100 Cr. We have to look in this aspect as a nation and have to find a long lasting solution to it
